This first course is interesting because it turns out to be very thick, prepared on a rich broth with the addition of noodles, and the rest of the ingredients are used as desired.

How to cook ramen soup with pork at home? Prepare the products according to the list. Instead of pork, you can take chicken or beef. Adjust the amount of ginger, pepper, salt and soy sauce to your taste, given that the soup is quite spicy and salty.
Wash the pork, pat dry, rub with salt and pepper, then fry in olive oil on all sides over high heat.
Wash all vegetables and green onions, peel and cut into medium pieces.
Fry everything in olive oil in a fireproof pan.
Pour the broth into a saucepan, add soy sauce, rice wine, salt and throw in one whole chili pepper. Bring the broth to a boil, then put the fried pork in the pan, cover with a lid and put in the oven heated to 180 degrees for two hours.
While the soup is languishing in the oven, prepare the ingredients for serving. It is better to take wheat noodles, first hard-boil the egg, you can take black or white sesame.
Wash and dry carrots, peppers and onions. Cut the chili peppers and green onions with a knife, and you can grate the carrots on a Korean carrot grater.
In a frying pan with oil, lightly fry the carrots first, and then add the green onions.
Boil the noodles in boiling water for 5-7 minutes.
Drain the water from the noodles using a colander.
Remove the soup pot from the oven, remove the meat, remove excess fat and cut into pieces. Strain the broth, remove the vegetables.
Prepare a dish for serving, put noodles with meat in a bowl, pour broth, top with half an egg and fried carrots with onions, sprinkle with sesame seeds and a mixture of peppers, if desired, add a little fresh chili pepper. Serve the classic ramen soup hot, bon appetit!
