Dense wild rice pairs wonderfully with creamy beans and avocado, crunchy radish, fresh spinach, and a dressing made from lemon juice and olive oil with chili flakes.

Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, scoop out the flesh with a spoon and chop coarsely. Salt and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Combine avocados in a bowl with wild rice, green onions, halved radishes and white beans.
For the dressing, mix olive oil, lemon juice, chili flakes, and salt. Stir in prepared ingredients, garnish with microgreens and serve.
