Lavash with cottage cheese and apples is an unusual dessert that you can quickly prepare in just 20 minutes. This lavash with a sweet topping is an ideal option for breakfast, a light snack, or an afternoon treat. The combination of a delicate filling made of cottage cheese, grated apples, and raisins, wrapped in thin, crispy lavash fried in a pan, tastes like perfection. And these "pancakes" look very appetizing.

Peel the apples and grate them on a coarse grater. Wash the raisins thoroughly and dry with paper towels. Mix cottage cheese with sugar, mash with a fork or puree with an immersion blender. Combine cottage cheese, apple and raisins and mix.
Cut the lavash sheets into squares with a side of 20 cm. Place some of the curd filling on each square and roll it into an envelope.
Melt the butter in a large frying pan. Add filled pita bread envelopes and fry over medium heat until golden brown, about 2 minutes on each side. Serve with sour cream. If desired, sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
