Both the fruits and the goat cheese with herbs themselves have a bright, memorable taste. Mango - 1 pcs.
Goat cheese soft - 200 g
pink peppercorns - to taste
Extra virgin olive oil - 4 tbsp
Dijon mustard - 1 tbsp
Mustard with grains - 1 tbsp
Honey or syrup - 1 tbsp
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Turmeric - ½ tsp
Salt - to taste

To make the dressing, place all ingredients in a jar with a sealable lid, season with turmeric, salt and pepper, close the lid and shake vigorously.
Remove the skin from the mango, trim the pulp from the pit, and cut into easy-to-eat pieces. Peel the bananas and cut into medium pieces.
Toss bananas, mangoes and lettuce mixture with half of the dressing and place in small, deep bowls. Top with goat cheese slices, drizzle with remaining dressing, season with more pepper and serve.
