Spaghetti with seafood mix in tomato sauce – a recipe made from simple ingredients that can be found in almost any store, yielding excellent results. Spaghetti pairs perfectly with a seafood mix and tomato sauce made from canned tomatoes in their own juice. You can also use other pasta in this dish, such as tagliatelle. Be sure to time the pasta cooking and drain the water one minute before the time indicated on the package – this will allow the pasta to absorb some of the sauce and not overcook at the final stage.

Thaw the seafood cocktail in advance by placing it (without packaging) in a colander in a bowl. Cover with film and place in the refrigerator. It will defrost in about half a day. Do not pour out the liquid that has flowed into the bowl; you will need it.
Crush, peel and finely chop the garlic. Peel and very finely chop the onion and carrots.
Heat vegetable oil in a deep, heavy-bottomed saucepan over medium heat. Add onion, carrots and garlic, add a little salt and fry, stirring frequently, for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with flour and fry for another 2 minutes, stirring. Sprinkle with paprika and stir.
Immediately pour the juice from the tomatoes into the saucepan. Place an immersion blender in a jar of tomatoes, puree the tomatoes, and add the puree to the saucepan. Pour in the water from the defrosted seafood. Add salt and pepper, cook over medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
On a nearby burner, simultaneously cook the spaghetti in plenty of briskly boiling salted water. Cook according to package instructions, 1 minute short.
Place seafood in a saucepan and stir. After 1 minute, add spaghetti and stir. Cook for another 1 minute. Place pasta and sauce in deep bowls, garnish with microgreens and serve immediately.
