Cook cabbage solyanka in a slow cooker: the dish will turn out to be aromatic and very tasty. By the way, if you study the recipe carefully, you will realize that it is not a thick soup at all, but a hot dish. The ingredients include beets, fresh cabbage, as well as pork sausages (you can also use regular sausages) and bacon. But even in this unusual, slightly simplified version, the solyanka will provide you with great gastronomic pleasure and very little hassle, since it is cooked in a slow cooker. By the way, additional spices or dried herbs are not prohibited, so you can certainly add them according to your own taste preferences.

Prepare a slow cooker and the ingredients for solyanka with cabbage.
Peel the beets and grate them on a coarse grater. Wash the cabbage, chop thinly. Cut the sausages into circles, the brisket into slices.
Pour oil into the multicooker bowl and heat it in the “Fry” mode. Place the brisket in it and fry for 3 minutes. Add sausages. Fry for another 3 minutes. Or cook in the “Multi-cook” mode at a temperature of 160°C.
Add prepared cabbage and beets. Season with a little salt and stir. Close the multicooker. Cook for 1 hour in the “Multi-cook” mode at a temperature of 110°C or in the “Stew” mode.
Cabbage solyanka is ready. Pour it into serving bowls and serve immediately. You can add a little chopped fresh herbs to each.
