How to make meat stewed with vegetables in the oven? A very simple dish. First, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. You can take beef pulp from any part of the carcass, the meat will still be soft during the cooking process. You can add and change vegetables and spices to your taste. Zucchini and eggplant are good here.
Wash the beef, dry it and cut it into small pieces.
Peel the potatoes and cut them into medium cubes.
Peel the carrot and cut it into circles. My carrots are small, so I took 2 pieces.
Peel the onion and cut it into 6-8 pieces.
Heat some oil in a frying pan over high heat. Put the beef and fry, stirring, until golden brown. At the end, sprinkle the meat with half of the spices and mix. Transfer the beef to a plate.
Reduce the heat to medium. Pour the remaining vegetable oil into the pan. Put potatoes, carrots and onions. Pour in the remaining spices. Fry, stirring, for 5-7 minutes.
Put fried vegetables and meat in a baking dish, add whole cherry tomatoes. Cherry tomatoes can be replaced with ordinary tomatoes, cut into slices. Pour clean drinking water. You can also prepare this dish in portioned baking pots.
Cover the mold with a lid. Bake the meat with vegetables in an oven heated to 180 ° C for about 1:00 or longer until the meat and vegetables are ready.
