Easter on baked milk turns out extraordinarily delicious due to the special notes inherent to this product. The cottage cheese, which is the basis of the dish, can be prepared by yourself or purchased in a store. Just make sure to find a truly natural product, otherwise the texture and taste of the Easter dessert may disappoint you. Pay special attention to the fact that this dish requires a significant amount of time to cool, at least a day! Therefore, if you are not preparing the Easter dessert on baked milk, as it should be, on Clean Thursday, do it no later than Saturday, on the eve of Bright Sunday.

Prepare cottage cheese for Easter with baked milk. Place it in cheesecloth, folded in half, and place in a colander. Place a weight weighing at least 2 kg on top. Leave in a cool place for 4 hours.
Cut the Easter butter into small cubes and place in a large bowl. Leave at room temperature for at least 30 minutes. The butter should become very soft.
Rub the cottage cheese twice using a fine metal sieve. Then transfer to a bowl with butter. Blend with a blender until the mixture has a homogeneous consistency.
Beat the Easter yolks with salt in a mixer bowl. Add the curd and butter mixture. Stir and beat with a mixer. Without stopping the process, but slightly reducing the speed of the device, gradually add condensed milk.
Line the Easter pan with gauze folded in half and soaked in cognac or rum. Place the resulting curd mass. Cover the top with the overhanging ends of the cheesecloth.
Place the mold with the curd mass in a small saucepan so that the bottom of the pan does not touch the bottom of the container. Place a weight of about 1 kg on top. Place in the refrigerator for a day.
Remove the load. Unfold the edges of the gauze. Cover the Baked Milk Easter pan in a large flat plate. Turn over carefully. Remove the Easter uniform and remove the gauze. Garnish as desired and serve.
