Prepare everything you need for the barbecue. First of all, soak the bamboo skewers in cool water. Leave for 30 minutes. This must be done so that the skewers do not burn during the frying process.
Dry the turkey fillet thoroughly with a paper towel. Cut into small cubes about 2.5 cm on a side and pepper. Place in a wide bowl.
For the marinade, combine teriyaki sauce in a bowl with dry white wine. Pour the mixture over the turkey pieces and leave for 20 minutes at room temperature.
Preheat oven grill to 200°C. Wash the basil and dry with a paper towel. Remove the leaves from the branches. Cut the bacon into thin long slices.
Wrap the turkey pieces in bacon slices and place basil leaves underneath. Lightly dry the skewers and thread the resulting rolls onto them so that the bacon does not unroll.
Line a baking tray with baking paper and place a wire rack on it. Place turkey skewers and place in preheated oven. Bake for 20 minutes until the meat is cooked through and the bacon is golden brown. Transfer the kebabs to a platter and serve immediately.
