Strawberry cocktail, prepared according to our recipe, is not just a drink but a true low-calorie dessert, infused with the aromas and flavors of summer. Pure pleasure and joy! This cocktail can really quench not only your thirst but also a slight feeling of hunger, which will certainly be appreciated by those who dream of shedding a few extra pounds. In this case, we would advise completely refraining from adding honey or sugar, as strawberries are sweet enough on their own. However, if you don't recognize any restrictions in food, then do everything as stated in the recipe. And then slowly enjoy the taste of the strawberry cocktail, leisurely sipping it through a straw and thinking that life is beautiful!

Prepare berries for strawberry smoothie. Sort through the strawberries and then rinse gently with cold running water. Drain on paper towels and let dry.
Remove the sepals from the strawberries. Leave a few of the most beautiful berries for serving and decorating the glass. Cut remaining strawberries into halves or quarters. Place in a blender bowl.
If using frozen strawberries, place them in a colander set over a ladle and let thaw slightly. Transfer to a blender bowl along with the liquid that has been released.
Add natural drinking yogurt, as well as honey or brown sugar. You can add some crushed food ice. Punch until you get a homogeneous consistency.
Pour the resulting delicate strawberry cocktail into a tall glass. Garnish with reserved berries. Serve immediately, with one or two wide straws.
