Baking homemade muffins in a silicone mold is pure pleasure: they don't stick to the sides or bottom, don't burn, and are easily extracted. As for the batter, it can be anything, including the one suggested in our recipe. By the way, it can be confidently called classic: eggs are beaten with sugar, then butter is added, and lastly, the flour mixture is alternated with milk. To make the batter more interesting in taste and texture, add spices, raisins, and nuts. Distribute into molds, place in the oven, and after half an hour, you'll get wonderful muffins — beautiful and very tasty.

Prepare the cupcake batter. First, melt the butter in the microwave or in a saucepan over medium heat. Let it cool slightly to room temperature.
Beat the eggs into a bowl. Add sugar and salt. Beat with a mixer or whisk until a fluffy light mass of homogeneous consistency. Pour the melted butter into the egg mixture. Whisk again.
Sift the flour with baking powder, ground cinnamon, ginger and vanilla into a separate container. Add the resulting mixture to the egg-butter mixture in portions, alternating with milk. Beat with a mixer at low speed.
Rinse the raisins and dry with a paper towel. Toast the shelled walnuts in a dry frying pan, then chop. Add raisins and nuts to the cake batter.
Place the resulting dough in silicone molds approximately halfway up. If desired, you can first insert corrugated paper rosettes into each.
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Place the silicone mold on a baking sheet and place it on the middle rack. Bake for about 30 minutes. The muffins should rise and become nicely browned.
Remove the cupcakes from the oven. Let cool in the mold. Then transfer to a serving plate and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Can be decorated with cream or glaze.
