Is it possible to cook pancakes with baked milk? Of course, they will turn out thin, very beautiful, with pleasant creamy notes in the taste. And if you serve these pancakes not with sour cream, but with fermented baked milk, your gastronomic experience from them will be simply amazing! The recipe for the dish is quite simple, the dough is prepared in the traditional way, so even a less experienced housewife can do it. And we strongly advise you to grease the finished pancakes with melted butter: they will become especially tender.

Prepare fermented baked milk in advance for serving pancakes with baked milk. To do this, line a colander with a kitchen towel or gauze folded several times. Place a colander over a bowl or saucepan. Pour the fermented baked milk into a colander and leave for 1 hour to drain off excess liquid.
Beat the eggs with a mixer with sugar, salt and whey drained from fermented baked milk until smooth. Add 200 ml of baked milk at room temperature and beat again. Continuing to beat, add flour and soda to form a homogeneous mass.
Bring the remaining baked milk to a boil and pour into the dough in a thin stream, stirring with a whisk. Add warm melted butter and stir with a spoon.
Heat the pancake pan well. Grease it with oil, pour in some dough and spread it by rotating the pan. Fry the pancake on both sides. Place on a plate and keep warm. Also prepare pancakes from the remaining dough. Serve hot, with thick fermented baked milk.
