It is also suitable for people who avoid gluten for medical or other reasons. The combination of rice noodles with bell and hot peppers and corn kernels is quite common in Asian cultures. You can also add fried shrimp or other seafood, pieces of fish or chicken to these noodles.

Cook noodles in plenty of boiling salted water according to package instructions. Drain in a colander, rinse with cold water and let the noodles dry.
Peel the onion, cut into thin feathers. Salt the onion a little
Cut the chili peppers in half lengthwise. If you like very spicy food, leave the seeds and membranes and remove only the stalk. If you don't like it, remove everything using a small sharp knife. Cut the chili pulp into strips.
Cut the sweet peppers in half lengthwise, remove the seeds, stems and carefully cut out the light membranes. Cut the pulp into thin long strips.
Mix chili, bell pepper and onion. Pour 0.5 cups of boiling water over the corn.
Heat oil in a large skillet over high heat. Add the vegetable mixture and fry, stirring all the time, over maximum heat for 2 minutes. Add paprika and add corn along with water, stir. Once it boils, add the noodles and heat through, stirring. Serve immediately.
