Homemade chocolate bars with the addition of nuts, candied fruits, berries and cookies are perhaps the most pleasant hand-made gift. But preparing it according to our recipe is not at all difficult - to melted chocolate (milk, white or dark), poured into silicone or special plastic molds, add your favorite ingredients - freeze-dried berries, chopped nuts, melted toffee, pieces of crushed cookies. In such a variety, everyone can find their favorite combination of chocolate with nuts, candied fruits or berries.

Prepare products for decorating chocolate. Dry the walnuts in a frying pan without oil, cool and chop.
Place the toffees in a water bath to melt. Keep the mixture in a semi-liquid state.
Break the biscuit cookies into small pieces. Candied fruits can be chopped or left large.
Chop the pistachios. Combine 30 g of pistachios with dried berries. Freeze-dried strawberries or raspberries, dried cherries or blueberries work well for this option.
Break white, milk and dark chocolate into small pieces. Separately, place each type of chocolate in small bowls and melt in a water bath or in the microwave. Melt the chocolate, stirring constantly with a silicone spatula. Place the chocolate in 6 silicone molds and smooth the surface with a spatula.
While the chocolate is still wet, decorate each bar as you wish. Add 20 g of pistachios, 30 g of walnuts to the mold with soft chocolate mass, sprinkle with dried petals. Add cookies with candied fruits to another, and 30 g of pistachios and dried berries to the third. Pour melted toffee over one of the white chocolates and sprinkle with walnuts (30 g).
Place the molds in the refrigerator and leave for 1 hour. Carefully remove the chocolate bars from the molds and wrap each one in gift wrapping.
