You can fall in love with the Pina Colada cocktail from the very first sip. It was invented in the Caribbean in the early 50s and in a matter of days gained fantastic popularity, first at the resort, and then throughout the world. Pina Colada is very easy to make at home. To make this you only need four ingredients – light rum, coconut milk, pineapple and pineapple juice! And to serve, you can use all the resources of your imagination and pour the cocktail either into traditional Hurricane glasses or into a coconut shell. Or you can carefully cut out the center of a mini pineapple, keep the peel intact, and pour the cocktail straight into it!

A pineapple - 100 g
Pineapple juice - 50 ml
Coconut milk - 3 tbsp
Powdered sugar - 1 tsp

Cut the pineapple pulp into small pieces and place in the jar of an immersion blender. You can use canned pineapple; for 1 serving you will need 6-7 cubes or 1-2 pineapple rings.
Add coconut milk to the pineapple, add powdered sugar and add 4-5 ice cubes. Turn on the blender in pulse mode and grind the mixture until smooth.
Pour in the pineapple juice and light rum and blend again with the blender. You should get a fairly thick drink of uniform consistency with foam on the surface.
Chill a Hurricane glass and pour the cocktail into it. To decorate, place a couple of pineapple leaves in a glass, and put a piece of pulp on a skewer or place it on the edge of the glass.
