Chocolate bombs with marshmallows make a great gift for both children and adults. Beautifully decorated bombs can be placed in transparent bags and tied with a bright ribbon, or you can choose boxes of the appropriate size. To make bombs, you will need silicone or plastic molds with bowls in the form of hemispheres. Use confectionery chocolate in drops - it is most convenient to work with, but if you don’t have this on hand, simple chocolate bars without additives will do.

Melt white chocolate in the microwave or in a double boiler. Using a teaspoon, place the chocolate into 4 cells of a silicone or plastic mold in the form of hemispheres with a diameter of 6–7 cm. Distribute the chocolate over the surface of the mold and put it in the freezer for 10 minutes. Carefully remove the frozen bomb halves.
In the same way, prepare 4 hemispheres of milk and dark chocolate.
Combine cocoa with regular and vanilla sugar. Place 1 tsp into 6 chocolate halves. cocoa mixture and add marshmallows.
Heat a table knife and run it around the edges of one filled hemisphere. Immediately connect with the empty half - they should stick together and you will get a ball. You can make bombs of the same color or combine white and milk chocolate halves. Place back in the freezer for 10-15 minutes.
Melt the remaining chocolate. Place in a piping bag and cut off a small corner. Remove the bombs and pour thin strips of chocolate over them. While the chocolate is still warm, decorate the bombs with decorative dried flowers and dried fruit.
