Homemade coffee-flavored fudge candies are a dessert in the form of a cube, essentially a soft toffee with the addition of coffee, coffee liqueur and coffee beans. The taste of coffee in these homemade sweets is multi-layered and develops in several stages. To harden candies, it is most convenient to use a special square confectionery mold, but its absence should not stop you. Any other form with high sides will do, just be sure to line it with parchment to easily remove the finished candies. Even silicone muffin or candy molds will work.

Butter 82.5% - 80 g
Cream 10% fat - 60 ml
Almond flour - 7 tbsp.
Dry instant coffee - 4 tsp.
Coffee liqueur - 2 tbsp.
Coffee beans for decoration - to taste

Pour the cream into the saucepan, add instant coffee and stir thoroughly. Add condensed milk, butter and sugar. Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, for 25 minutes. The mass should thicken. Check readiness. To do this, drop a small amount of the mixture into a glass of cold water. If the drop settles to the bottom, forming into a ball, you can remove the saucepan from the heat. If necessary, continue heating the fudge for another 5-10 minutes.
Cool the mixture for 5–10 minutes. Pour in the coffee liqueur, add almond flour and stir until smooth. Beat the coffee-cream mixture with a mixer at medium speed for 15 minutes. The mass should thicken even more.
Line a square tin measuring 20 x 20 cm with baking paper. Pour the whipped mixture into the tin and smooth the surface with a silicone spatula or spatula. Garnish with coffee beans, lightly pressing them into the soft mixture. Place the fudge pan in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
Invert the pan and place the fudge on the board. Cut into squares with a side of 2-3 cm and place in a container.
