A very simple recipe for fried squid with fresh herbs and leafy vegetables, but incredibly good. An unusual Asian dressing made from soy sauce with garlic, vegetable oil with the addition of oyster sauce will give quickly cooked squid a bright aroma, and the combination with a heated mix of herbs will create the full feeling of a vacation somewhere on the hot coast. Freshly squeezed lime juice will enhance the sensation, which should be used to season the dish when serving.
