Remove the dumplings from the freezer. Pour 500 ml of water into the multicooker bowl. Turn on the appliance to the “Cooking” mode. Close the device. Bring the water to a boil.
When the water boils, add salt to taste, bay leaf and dried garlic (you can use other seasonings and spices). Close the multicooker. Bring to a boil again and cook on the “Cook” setting for about a minute.
Place frozen dumplings in water and stir. Close the multicooker. Cook in the “Cooking” mode for about 5 minutes. The finished dumplings should float to the surface and the meat inside should turn brown.
Place the dumplings in a colander and let the liquid drain completely. Wash parsley and dill with running water and dry well. Remove any tough stems. Finely chop the remaining greens.
Distribute the finished hot dumplings among plates. Sprinkle with chopped herbs. Top with good thick sour cream and serve immediately.
