There you will also find special molds for chocolate bars and candies. Although it is not at all necessary to give homemade chocolate a strict shape, free-form bars can be even more interesting. If you are using a regular mold covered with film, grease the film with a thin layer of vegetable oil to make it easier to separate the finished chocolate.

Chop the nuts and candied fruits with a knife and place in a bowl. Add the seeds and half the candied fruits (if the candied fruits are large, chop them).
Break up the chocolate and place in a bowl set over a double boiler. Heat the chocolate until it melts. Add the nut mixture and stir with a spatula.
Pour the mixture into a mold lined with cling film, level it, place the remaining candied fruits and dried cranberries on top and place in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
