Pork pieces in a sleeve are baked extremely simply and with a minimum of ingredients it turns out very tasty. If you roast pork in a cooking bag, it will release some of its juices. So that you get not a broth, but a tasty gravy, you can roll the meat in some kind of thickener - for example, flour or starch. Serve this pork with a side dish that can absorb the sauce well - with rice, buckwheat, noodles, mashed potatoes, baked vegetables.

To prepare pork in the sleeve in pieces, peel the carrots and cut into small cubes. Cut the pork into 2.5 cm pieces. Peel the garlic and grate it. Mix garlic with soy sauce and pour over pork. Mix with your hands and let marinate, uncovered, for 15 minutes.
Mix the starch with the spice mixture (if there is no salt in the mixture, you can add a little). Dredge the meat in the starch mixture until all pieces are coated. Mix meat with carrots.
Preheat the oven to 170 °C in the “top-bottom” mode, without convection. Line a baking tray with baking paper (just in case). Prepare the baking bag: unwind approximately 50 cm of film from the roll.
Grab one edge of the bag with a clip. Place the meat and carrots in a bag and secure the open edge with a second clip. Place the bag on the prepared baking sheet so that the side of the bag with the tiny holes is on top - otherwise the steam will cause the bag to burst. If there are no holes, make them yourself with a needle or toothpick.
Bake for 50 minutes. The meat should become very soft. Open the package very carefully - there is hot steam inside!
