Carefully sort the raspberries and remove any debris. Carefully rinse the berries as follows: fill a bowl with water, transfer the raspberries to a colander and lower it into the water. Lift and leave to drain.
Also, first remove blackcurrants from debris: twigs and leaves. Remove the spoiled one. Then rinse it thoroughly under clean running water. Place all the berries on napkins or a towel in one layer and dry.
Place the berries in a container suitable for jam and add sugar. Stir. Leave for 1-2 hours at room temperature. They should give juice.
Place the container with jam on the stove and heat over low heat, stirring. Let it boil. Carefully remove any foam that has formed on it.
Continue cooking the jam, then reduce the heat to low and cook for another 4-6 minutes, stirring constantly with a spoon. Add citric acid and stir. Turn off the heat and prepare the jars.
Distribute the finished jam into sterilized jars and seal with lids. Turn it over, wrap it in a blanket and leave it for a day. Then store in a dark and cool place.
