A thick and aromatic smoothie with oatmeal and banana is an excellent alternative to the boring breakfast porridge. It also satisfies hunger well, and the preparation of the dish does not take more time than cooking oatmeal. It contains only three ingredients: milk, oatmeal and bananas. But you are free to supplement it with whatever you want. For example, seasonal berries and fruits, cook with alternative milk, cream or kefir, sprinkle with nuts or exotic seeds. And for chocolate lovers, we suggest adding a couple of spoons of cocoa to the smoothie. After all, everyone knows that bananas and chocolate are a combination that lasts forever.

Prepare all ingredients according to the list. Sugar can be used as desired since banana is already sweet. In this case, it is better not to remove the milk from the refrigerator until the last minute in order to keep it cold.
It is best to use instant oats for this recipe. Transfer them to a coffee grinder and grind. How small - decide for yourself.
It is better if the banana is a little overripe. Rinse it thoroughly, dry it with a paper towel, and peel it. Cut the pulp into equal circles.
Place bananas in a blender bowl, pour in a little milk (it is also acceptable to use any alternative milk or low-fat cream) and blend until smooth.
Then pour in the remaining milk, add cinnamon, sugar and oatmeal. Grind the smoothie until you get a homogeneous and thick mass. Sugar can be replaced with honey.
Pour the smoothie into prepared glasses, add a couple of ice cubes and serve. It is better to drink the whole drink at once, otherwise the banana will darken.
