We also choose delicious fresh cottage cheese, and then knead the same dough, according to the recipe for regular cheesecakes in a frying pan. And a microwave oven only makes cooking easier and much faster for us. This is especially helpful in the hot summer, when you don’t want to stand at the stove for a long time. Simply place the cheesecakes in a suitable container with a lid and set the time. And the miracle device will do its job. How long to cook a dish depends on the power of the microwave. On average you will need no more than 20 minutes. It's good if your stove has a grill mode. Then the curds will acquire a golden crispy crust, like those you prepared in the usual way. But even without it, the cheesecakes will be perfectly baked inside, soft, fluffy and tender.

Prepare all the ingredients for making rye cheesecakes. Mash the cottage cheese with a fork until you obtain a homogeneous mass without grains. Add the egg to it and mix again.

Cook on high power (about 900 W) for 5 minutes. Then reduce the power to 720 W and cook for another 5 minutes.
