Ice cream made from 10% cream and condensed milk always turns out tender, creamy and airy. There is no need to add sugar here - since it contains condensed milk. You will need thick condensed milk with a creamy taste, then the taste of the delicacy will definitely not disappoint you. You can use low-fat cream; 10% will be enough, since condensed milk has sufficient fat content. You can serve dessert by garnishing it with seasonal berries and fruits or sprinkling it with crushed nuts.

Prepare all the ingredients to make ice cream using 10% cream and condensed milk. Place the cream, dishes and whisks from the mixer in the freezer for 30 minutes in advance.
Condensed milk and cream should be chilled. Pour them into the bowl and start beating on low speed, gradually increasing the speed. Beat until the mixture doubles in size and becomes fluffy.
Place the prepared whipped mass in a container with a lid, or distribute it into special ice cream molds with a stick. Place in the freezer for 2-3 hours.
If you prepare ice cream in a container, you can take it out of the freezer a couple of times and stir it with a fork or beat it with a blender. Thanks to this process, the mass does not crystallize.
Place the ice cream in bowls and serve, garnished with fresh berries and fruits or any jam. Or serve on a stick. Store frozen treats for no more than a day.
