Mix 1/2 cup cold milk with 1.5 tbsp. l. starch. Pour the rest of the milk into a saucepan and bring to a boil, add 1.5–2 tbsp. l. sugar and stir. Pour in the diluted starch in a thin stream and, stirring constantly, bring to a boil. Cook the jelly over low heat for 5 minutes. and remove from heat. Add lemon zest.
At the same time, peel and cut the pear into small cubes, add the berries, pour in 2 cups of water and bring to a boil. Cook for 10 minutes, add sugar to taste. Dissolve the remaining starch in 1/2 cup cold water and pour in a thin stream into the saucepan with the berries. Cook, stirring, 5 minutes.
Strain the milk jelly and pour into bowls. Then pour in the fruit jelly. Serve the jelly warm or completely cooled.
