It is beautiful precisely because of its simplicity - it is simply prepared, it has a wonderful, clean, simple taste of rye bread, and it contains the simplest toasted sunflower seeds, so ours, so dear, which give the bread such a warm and close character to any Russian person.

Knead the dough. Let the dough ferment. Fermentation - 1.5 hours at t30C.
Place the dough into the mold. Sprinkle seeds on top. Before molding, the molds should be greased with any margarine, and then the dough should be spread out. The dough should fill approximately 2/3 of the mold. Proof at 32-35C until the dough rises to the edges (50-60 minutes).
After this, you need to put the molds in a warm place for 30-60 minutes. When the dough rises to the edges of the molds, you can bake. I would like to draw your attention to the fact that at this moment you need to transfer the forms with the utmost care; any shock can lead to the formation of voids in the crumb. Bake for 15 minutes at 250C, then ventilate the oven, reduce the temperature to 190-200C and bake for another 45 minutes until done. If the crust starts to burn, you can cover the bread with foil for the entire baking time. After baking, remove from the mold and spray with water from a spray bottle. Cool the finished bread and enjoy its taste!
