Mix yeast with sugar. Add warm milk and water. Stir until the yeast dissolves and leave for 10 minutes.
Sift the flour. Add salt and stir. Pour the liquid ingredients into the flour and knead the dough. There is no need to knead the dough. Just cover with a towel and leave in a warm place.
Divide the dough into 6-8 parts. Roll each piece into a circle 3-5 mm thick. Bake in a frying pan over medium heat until golden on both sides. Afterwards I greased it with butter.
