Garlic - 2 clove
Teriyaki sauce - 2 tbsp
Honey or brown sugar - 1 tbsp
Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp
Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp
Ground smoked paprika - 0.3 tsp
Ground ginger - 0.3 tsp
Parsley - 2 bunch
Salt, freshly ground black pepper - to taste

Combine teriyaki sauce with mayonnaise, lemon juice and honey. Add 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil, add smoked paprika, ground ginger, salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Stir the marinade with a whisk or fork until smooth. Pat the chicken drumsticks dry with paper towels and place in a large bowl. Pour the marinade over and turn several times to coat the chicken completely.
Cover the bowl with chicken with cling film and put it in the refrigerator for 2-4 hours. If you plan to cook in the morning, leave the chicken in the refrigerator overnight.
Preheat oven to 190°C. Place a grill on the middle level. Grease a 24x30 cm ovenproof dish with the remaining vegetable oil. Remove the chicken from the refrigerator, remove the film and place the drumsticks in the pan.
Drizzle the marinade over the chicken from a bowl and add the halved garlic cloves. Cover the pan with foil, place in the center of the oven and bake for 30 minutes.
Remove the pan with the chicken drumsticks and remove the foil. Turn the chicken over and pour the marinade from the pan over it. Return the pan to the oven and continue baking the drumsticks for another 30 minutes.
Remove the pan with the chicken and leave for 10 minutes to allow the chicken to cool slightly. Place on plates and garnish with parsley leaves. Serve with fluffy long grain rice or potatoes.
