Brownie cheesecake is a free variation on the theme of two of the most popular American desserts, which combines the best qualities of both. Incredibly delicious! The cheesecake is based on a thick, moist brownie crust. Don't wait for it to dry out in the oven or become fluffy (it won't!): bake exactly as long as indicated in the recipe. The cream, as expected for such a dessert, is made from cream cheese, eggs and sugar. We suggest adding a little more cream, although it will work fine without it. Just take your time and let the Brownie cheesecake cool thoroughly. Then you will get a truly unforgettable taste experience that you will want to experience again and again.

Prepare the cheesecake base. Break the chocolate into pieces, put it in a saucepan along with the butter and heat over low heat until the mass becomes homogeneous. Let cool slightly.
Beat 1 egg with 40 g of sugar, add melted chocolate and sifted flour. Place in a parchment lined pan and bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for 10 minutes.
Beat the cheese with the remaining sugar, egg and cream. Spread the mixture onto the chocolate base and return to the oven for 15 minutes. Let cool in the oven. Then place in the refrigerator for 3 hours. Before serving, cut the cheesecake into squares.
