Separate the white from the yolk.
Beat the yolk with a whisk or mixer with sugar until white.
Combine cottage cheese, milk, semolina, butter, vanilla sugar and baking powder with the yolk and mix until smooth. Place in the refrigerator for an hour to allow the semolina to swell.
Beat the whites with a whisk or mixer with a pinch of salt until fluffy foam in a deep bowl. If you turn the bowl over, the mixture should not drain.
Carefully combine the curd mass with semolina and beaten egg whites with a spatula in three stages. Divide the entire resulting mass into 1/3, add cocoa powder to a small part. Mix the curd mass with cocoa powder well. As a result, you will get two curd masses - white and chocolate.
Divide both masses into 2 equal parts to make a layered casserole. Place the prepared mixtures into the mold in layers: chocolate – white – chocolate – white. Bake at 150 degrees for 40 minutes. When baking, it is advisable to place the pan on a tray with a small amount of water.
