We will not fry them in a frying pan, but boil them in salted water. Just like dumplings. The ingredients you will need are the same cottage cheese of any fat content, an egg, as well as a little sugar, semolina and flour. The dough holds its shape quite well when cooked, so you can add raisins or any other dried fruits that you have on hand to the cheesecakes. The taste of the dish can also be varied with spices.
