Raspberry jelly with red currants is the optimal dessert for those gourmands who cannot live a day without sweets, but try to limit the caloric content of their diet. Of course, this dish contains sugar, but there is not a drop of fat, so if you are not particularly keen on tasting, the scales will not move upward. We took the liberty of adding a tablespoon of vodka to the raspberry jelly for a brighter taste, but this is not at all necessary. But be sure to keep the following note in mind! To prepare jelly, it is necessary to add not very ripe currants to accompany fully ripe raspberries: they contain a lot of pectin, so the quality of the finished dessert will be much higher.

Sort the raspberries for jelly, do not wash. Place the berries in a saucepan, add 100 ml of water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 4 minutes, stirring. Strain the juice through a sieve with gauze. Wring out the gauze. You should get about 350 ml of liquid.
Add vodka to raspberry juice.
Remove the currants from the branches and rinse. Add sugar to the juice and bring to a boil. Add currants and cook for 2 minutes. Pour raspberry jelly into sterilized jars. Close.
