Why is this pie recipe without milk and butter so good? It is very tasty - the baked goods turn out tender and crumbly. It's easy to prepare. The recipe consists of simple ingredients that can be found in every kitchen. They need to be mixed together, add berries and bake. The recipe can be changed: add different berries or combine them, and each time you will have a new dish. The pie can be prepared all year round. We will use fresh berries. But you can add frozen ones. In this case, add the berries to the pie without defrosting. And if they are already defrosted, be sure to roll them in starch so that the pie bakes better. This dessert is also good because it can be prepared very quickly when guests are “on the doorstep”. So save the recipe to your bookmarks and treat your family to homemade baked goods.

Prepare all ingredients according to the list for the pie without milk and butter. Rinse the blueberries thoroughly, then dry in a colander or on a kitchen towel.
Beat the eggs into a bowl, add sugar, vanillin, salt and beat everything with a mixer until the mass becomes fluffy and airy. It will take about 10 minutes.
Without stopping the mixer, pour in the vegetable oil in a thin stream. Use refined, odorless oil so that the cake does not have a specific taste.
Sift the flour and baking powder separately through a sieve. Add to the egg-butter mixture in portions, stirring thoroughly after each, breaking up any lumps. The consistency of the dough should be like very thick sour cream.
Preheat the oven to 180˚C. Grease a round baking dish with vegetable oil or butter and sprinkle with flour to prevent the cake from sticking. Or line the pan with baking paper.
Pour the dough into the mold. Sprinkle the prepared berries with starch and then place them in the mold on top of the dough. Some of the berries will settle to the bottom, and some will remain on top.
Bake the pie for about 30 minutes. Then cover the pan with foil and cook for another 10-15 minutes. First, cool the cake directly in the pan, about 15 minutes. Then remove and place on a wire rack.
