Preparing shortbread dough. Combine butter at room temperature with all ingredients: flour, egg white, powdered sugar and baking powder. Mix until smooth. Place the dough piece in the refrigerator for 25 minutes.
Roll out the finished dough. Using a glass, cut out circles with a diameter of no more than 5 cm. In order not to use any molds (silicone, ceramic and others), place the dough circles in paper capsules for cupcakes. Bake at 200 for 8 minutes, rotating the baking sheet, then cool .
Prepare buttercream. Beat the mascarpone with a whisk, adding cream and powdered sugar. Place the buttercream with a spoon or pastry bag into a shortcrust pastry cup. Decorate with fresh berries.
