Stuffed sushi with meat is an original dish for a fun party or children's party. It will definitely impress your guests, because sushi with meat filling will immediately replace pizza, pies, and cutlets! To prepare, you will need simple dryers, preferably soft enough and not too small, homemade minced meat and grated cheese. Before filling the dryers with filling, soak them for 15 minutes in cold milk. Serve the finished ones hot, straight from the oven. They can be either an appetizer or a light main course. By the way, if the stuffed sushi has cooled down, you can reheat it in the oven or in a frying pan.

Dry the meat with paper towels. Cut into small pieces and pass through a meat grinder. You can use prepared ground beef if you wish.
Cut the onion into small cubes. Heat 2 tbsp in a frying pan. l. olive oil. Sauté the onion over medium heat until translucent, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and cool slightly.
Grind the garlic by passing it through a press, grating it on a fine grater or chopping it with a knife. Remove the stems and chop the parsley leaves. Cut the tomatoes into circles 4-5 mm thick.
Place the dryer in a bowl, pour in the milk. Cover the bowl with cling film and leave to soak at room temperature for 15-20 minutes. If the dryers are soft, remove them from the milk after 5-10 minutes.
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, prepared onion, garlic and half the parsley. Salt, season with paprika, freshly ground black pepper and mix thoroughly.
Preheat oven to 200°C. Line a baking tray or large round tin with a diameter of 30 cm with baking paper. Place the soaked dryers in one layer close to each other.
Carefully fill the holes of the dryers with the prepared minced meat. For each drying you will need approximately 1-1.5 tbsp. l. minced meat. Place a tomato slice on top of each dryer.
Drizzle the dryers with the remaining olive oil. Place the baking sheet on the middle rack of the oven and bake for 20 minutes. During this time, the minced meat will be almost completely cooked.
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Remove the pan from the oven. Sprinkle the dryers with grated cheese and return the baking sheet to the oven. Bake the dryers for another 10 minutes. The cheese should be completely melted and browned.
Remove the baking sheet and transfer the dryers to a large plate. Sprinkle with remaining parsley and serve immediately. Serve a salad of fresh or canned vegetables separately.
