Prepare goulash ingredients. Peel, then finely chop the onion and garlic. Also chop the sweet pepper pods, after removing the seeds and membranes from them.
Wash the turkey fillet and cut into 3x3 cm pieces, fry in 2 tbsp. l. heated oil. After 5 min. season with salt. Cook over low heat for another 10 minutes.
Heat the remaining oil in a saucepan, fry the onion and garlic for 5 minutes. Add pepper and cook, stirring, 5 minutes. Pour in 250 ml of water. Boil. Add turkey pieces, paprika and tomato paste to the vegetables, mix gently. Simmer covered over low heat for 7 minutes.
