Raspberry jam without cooking is the best way to preserve valuable vitamins for the winter. The easiest way is to simply freeze the berries. But raspberries are capricious. They lose their sweetness and taste and become tart. Dried berries are more suitable for making tea. But grated raspberries with sugar are an ideal topping for ice cream and all homemade baked goods, and are also suitable as a filling. How to chop the berries is a matter of taste. The easiest way is to use a blender. But, if you want to preserve the structure, you can crush it with an ordinary masher. The finished product can be stored in jars in the refrigerator or put in the freezer.

Prepare all the ingredients to make raspberry jam without cooking. Sort the raspberries thoroughly and, if necessary, rinse them by placing them in a colander and placing it in a container of water. Dry.
Place the berries in a convenient tall container and grind with a blender into a homogeneous puree. Or, you can mash it with a regular masher that you use to make purees.
Add sugar to the container with the raspberries and shake to distribute. Then cover and leave for 3-4 hours at room temperature. The sugar grains should dissolve. Stir the mixture from time to time.
Divide the raspberries into sterilized jars. Sprinkle a light layer of sugar on top to prevent mold from forming. Seal with lids and store in the refrigerator.
