In one container, cook pork knuckle and beef with carrots, onions, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil and simmer over low heat for 12 hours, constantly skimming off the foam. Strain the broth through a sieve with gauze.
Soak the gelatin. Next, add it to the hot broth and stir.
Cut the meat. We put it in forms. Add garlic and pour in broth. Place in the refrigerator overnight.
Place on a plate and you're done.
