Ice cream made from dry cream contains only three ingredients: the same dry cream, powdered sugar and milk! Therefore, the taste is as natural and creamy as possible. And the recipe is extremely simple. They will need to be beaten with a mixer until stable peaks form, and then the mass will need to be frozen. It will take no more than 30 minutes to mix the ingredients. The hardest part is waiting for the treat to freeze. And this is at least 5 hours. The taste of the dessert can be varied with various additives. For example, put berry or fruit puree into a creamy mass and then freeze it. You can also sprinkle the finished ice cream with chocolate chips, jam or maple syrup.

Prepare all the ingredients according to the list for making ice cream from dry cream. The milk, bowl and whisk can be placed in the freezer for 30 minutes (this will allow the mixture to whip up faster).
Dilute the cream in cold milk (you may need a little more or less milk, follow the instructions on the package) and pour into a deep bowl. Add powdered sugar and stir.
Start beating the creamy mixture with a mixer at low speed, gradually increasing it. You should get a fluffy thick mass (to stable peaks).
Pour the mixture into a container and put it in the freezer for 2.5 hours. Then remove, stir with a fork and leave for another 2.5 hours. Form into balls, place in bowls and serve.
