Homemade ice cream made from cream and milk is much tastier than store-bought! In addition, by preparing the dessert in your own kitchen, you can be confident in its natural composition. For this recipe, choose only fresh milk and eggs. If you don't find vanilla in the pods, you can replace them with vanilla sugar. To get a rich taste, you will need about 2 teaspoons. If desired, the basic recipe can be varied with chopped nuts. Add them to the creamy mixture when the finished ice cream has spent at least 30 minutes in the freezer. We recommend serving dessert with your favorite fruits and berries, garnished with whipped cream.

Prepare all the ingredients for the cream and milk ice cream. Divide the eggs into yolks and whites. You won't need any more whites. Pour milk, yolks into a saucepan, add powdered sugar, stir.
Carefully cut the vanilla pod in half and use a knife to scoop out the seeds. Place them in a saucepan with the rest of the ingredients, mix thoroughly with a spoon, distributing them.
Place the saucepan on the stove and heat over low heat, stirring with a spoon, for about 10 minutes. You can also heat the mass in a hot water bath.
When the creamy mass thickens, remove it from the heat and cool. We recommend covering the saucepan with cling film to prevent a film from forming on the custard.
Pour the cream into a high bowl so that splashes do not fly in all directions. Start beating with a mixer at low speed, gradually increasing it. A thick, fluffy mass should learn.
In another bowl, combine cooled custard and whipped cream. Mix from bottom to top, gently, in a circular motion. This is necessary so that the foam does not settle.
Place the cream and milk ice cream in a rectangular container with a lid and put it in the freezer. The delicacy will be ready in 6-8 hours. Serve it with berries and fruits.
