We prepare a tender and very tasty cottage cheese casserole in the oven so that it never burns. Cream cheese will give it tenderness, and dried berry powder (don’t worry, we’ll show you how to make it) will make it gastronomic 😉

Making the curd base: - Preheat the oven to 165 degrees (turn it on in advance so that it has time to warm up). - Mix cottage cheese, cream cheese, cream, salt, sugar, eggs and egg yolks with a mixer. IMPORTANT: mix all ingredients at minimum speed. This is done so that oxygen does not enter the mass and the casserole does not bubble during baking. - Grease a baking dish (20x15 cm) with butter and pour the curd mixture into it.
Bake - Bake in an oven preheated to 165 degrees for 25 minutes.
Serve - To serve, make powder from dried berries. Just grind them in a coffee grinder or blender. Brilliant and simple! - Cool the finished casserole and cut into portions. - Serve with sour cream, condensed milk and dried berry powder. The casserole turns out dense, tender and very tasty!
