Soak the lentils for 4 hours in water to release phytic acid, cook for 15-25 minutes until they become soft, add salt. Once ready, rinse.
At the same time, chop the pumpkin and put it on low heat with water in a frying pan/saucepan or bake in the oven until done, usually about 30 minutes, cool, add a little salt and turn it into a puree in a blender. We also peel the carrots, cut them beautifully into flowers and cook (you can do it together with the pumpkin. )
We collect our beautiful flower bed, spread pumpkin puree, and lentils on top. Drizzle the lentils with unrefined olive oil.
And decorate with carrots. You can also pour a little olive oil on it, like I did. Bon appetit! Fast, tasty and healthy!
