Salad with a spicy dressing that brings out the flavor of broccoli. The salad is extremely simple to prepare, but it turns out incredibly tasty!

Place broccoli in boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Then immediately lower it into ice water.
Fry sesame seeds in a dry frying pan.
Cut the garlic into slices and fry in hot oil for a few seconds.
Remove the garlic and add soy sauce to the oil and immediately turn off the heat.
We separate the broccoli into florets, place garlic chips on top, pour over the dressing and sprinkle with sesame seeds. All the best!
