Thin tandoori lavash - 1 pc
Cheese Cottage cheese slice with Provence herbs - 250 g
Sugar - 2 tbsp
Poppy - 30 g
Chicken egg - 2 pc

Boil water and pour in the poppy seeds, let it brew. Turn on the oven at 200•C

Mix cottage cheese or curd cheese with sugar, add one egg and one white, and leave the yolk for greasing. Mix well. Drain the poppy seeds and add them to the curd mixture. Mix.

Unwrap the pita bread and put the filling on it, smooth it out and wrap it into a roll. Grease with yolk.

Place the roll on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
