Prepare all the ingredients for the juice. Coarsely chop the pumpkin flesh and grate it into a small bowl. Wash the lemon and cut it in half. Squeeze out the juice.
Pour sugar into a saucepan and fill with water. Stirring, bring to a boil. Cook for 2 minutes. Add the grated pumpkin and bring to a boil again. Remove from heat and let cool completely.
Add lemon juice to the cooled mixture. Blend with an immersion blender until you obtain a homogeneous consistency. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
