How to make a salad with beans, Korean carrots and crackers? Prepare all the products that are listed. I took ready-made Korean carrots and canned red beans, so it only took a few minutes to prepare. You can use store-bought crackers or make your own.
So, take a deep bowl of the appropriate size. Put Korean carrots in it.
Grate the cheese on a large grater and send it to the carrots. Which cheese is better to take? Any hard or semi-hard cheese is perfect for a salad. I have Gouda this time.
Drain the liquid from the canned beans. Drain the beans in a colander and rinse under cold running water. Shake the colander a few times to remove excess water (however, you can skip this step and not rinse the beans). Send the beans to the bowl.
I prepared the crackers myself from three pieces of toaster bread. To do this, I cut the bread into small cubes of the same size and dried them in a pan, stirring constantly.
Wash and dry the greens. What greens best complement the salad? You can safely use young onions, dill, parsley or cilantro.
Finely chop the greens and add to the salad.
Next comes a line of crackers.
Mix the salad, add salt to taste and serve immediately. Place a sauce pan with mayonnaise next to it.
Before the meal, add mayonnaise to the salad bowl and mix everything well. To taste, you can use more mayonnaise than indicated in the recipe. I like it when there is a minimal amount of different sauces in salads, so I used 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise.
