For breakfast, we prepare aromatic and delicious cheesecakes in the air fryer. Instead of traditional wheat flour, we will use rice flour, which is gluten-free. It helps the dish maintain its shape while remaining very tender. This tenderness and lightness is the main difference between these cheesecakes and the traditional ones. Add dried fruits to make the appetizing morning dish even healthier. Sour cream, jam, chocolate or caramel sauce will perfectly complement the cheesecakes.

Serves:
Cheese Sour milk - 400 g
Rice flour Wizard - 5 tbsp
Chicken egg - 1 pc
Raisin - 2 tbsp
Sugar - 3 tbsp
Vanillin - 1 g
Salt - 1 g

Sort the raisins, pour boiling water over them, and leave for 10 minutes.

Grate the cheese through a sieve, transfer to a deep dish.

Add 1 large chicken egg to the cheese.

Add sugar, salt, and vanillin, mix thoroughly.

Add 3 tablespoons of sifted rice flour to the dough for syrniki. Mix the dough again until smooth.

Pat dry the dried fruits to remove excess moisture using paper towels. Add raisins to the dough for syrnyky.

Stir the dough until a uniform mixture is achieved.

Divide the prepared dough into 8 parts, shape into round blanks. To form perfectly smooth and even syrnyky, coat the blanks in rice flour and cover them with a larger diameter cup. Without lifting the cup from the work surface or board, make several rotating movements.

Place parchment on the air grill rack, spray it with oil. Place the cheese pancakes with raisins on top. Bake the cheese pancakes in the air grill at 180 degrees for 25 minutes until golden brown. In the middle of the cooking cycle, carefully remove the air grill bowl, flip the items to the other side, and continue baking until done.

Fragrant cheese pancakes with raisins are served warm with sour cream, jam, maple or berry syrup, chocolate topping, or your favorite sauce.
