Pancakes with soft cream cheese and red caviar will become a true decoration for any table. This is a great idea for buffets and celebrations. Preparing the appetizer is simple, and the result will definitely delight you and your loved ones! The batter for the pancakes can be made using any recipe. I made thin pancakes with kefir and dill; they turn out tender and golden. For the recipe, you can use red fish caviar, capelin, pike, or cod.

Water - 150 ml
Chicken egg - 1 pcs.
Wheat flour of the highest grade - 130 g
Refined vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
Baking soda - 0.3 tsp
Sugar - 1 tsp
Salt - ½ tsp
Dill fresh - 1 bunch
Cream cheese - 100 g
Pink salmon caviar granular - 100 g

In a deep bowl, combine the warm kefir and 1 chicken egg.
Add salt and sugar to the mixture.
Stir the batter with a whisk until smooth.
In 2 steps, add the sifted wheat flour to the dough, mixing the mixture with a whisk each time.
As a result, the dough should be quite thick and uniform.
Dissolve baking soda in 150 ml of hot water. Stirring constantly, pour the mixture into the dough.
Add odorless oil to the pancake batter, mix.
Wash the dill greens, dry them, finely chop, and add to the rest of the ingredients. Mix the pancake batter again and leave it for 15 minutes at room temperature.
Heat the pan and grease it with oil using a cooking brush. Pour a small amount of batter onto the pan. By rotating the pan in circular motions, evenly distribute the batter across its entire perimeter.
When the pancake is browned on one side, carefully flip it and cook until done.
Place the ready kefir pancakes with dill in a stack on a flat plate. From the specified amount of ingredients, you get 9-10 pancakes with a diameter of 20 cm.
Spread each pancake with a thin layer of cream cheese.
Cut the pancake in half. Roll the pancake halves into tight rolls.
Roll the blanks into a swirl, secure with skewers or toothpicks.
On top, place 1 teaspoon of red caviar. Add sprigs of dill for garnish.
Delicious, hearty, and appetizing snack is ready!
Serve the pancake snails with cream cheese and red caviar immediately after preparation! Enjoy!
