Very tasty, tender, and appetizing chicken fillet patties with the addition of pumpkin disappear in an instant. The benefits of pumpkin are so well-known that they don't even need to be mentioned; it absolutely should be included in the diet. This wonderful product gives the patties juiciness, a pleasant orange hue, and an amazing aroma. I fried the patties in a pan with a small amount of oil. For a dietary option, chicken patties can be prepared in the oven or on an electric grill.

Pumpkin - 200 g

Peel the onion and chop it into small cubes. Peel the pumpkin, remove the core with seeds. Grate the pumpkin flesh on a grater with large holes.
Place the vegetables in a pan with heated oil. Stirring occasionally, sauté the onion with the pumpkin on low heat until soft.
Wash the chicken fillet and pat it dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture. Trim the meat of fat and films, and cut it into small cubes. Transfer the chopped chicken fillet to a deep dish.
Add the sautéed vegetables, which have cooled to room temperature, to the meat.
For aroma, add garlic passed through a press and finely chopped dill greens.
Into the resulting mixture, beat in 1 chicken egg and pour in kefir.
To help the cutlets hold their shape better, add rice flour to the minced meat. Salt the mixture to taste, add ground spices.
Thoroughly mix the minced meat for cutlets until it reaches a uniform consistency.
Place a small amount of minced meat onto the frying pan with heated oil, forming round patties of the same size.
Fry the items until golden brown on both sides.
Place the cooked chicken cutlets with pumpkin on a plate lined with a paper towel to absorb the excess oil.
Serve the appetizing chicken fillet cutlets with pumpkin hot with fresh or pickled vegetables.
